This Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable under the following conditions:

2. If you choose to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by notifying Pellipallaki.in in writing or by selecting the termination option on the website.
3. Pellipallaki.in terminates your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, with such termination becoming effective upon sending notice to the email address provided in your membership application or your updated email address on our website.
4. If Pellipallaki.in terminates your membership in the Pellipallaki.in Service due to a breach of the Agreement by you, the member.

6. Complaint by any member in any form creating nuisance to other members by calling, messaging, email, personally visiting, or harassing by any other means
In the event of termination of your membership by either you or Pellipallaki.in, regardless of the reason, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused subscription fees. Furthermore, even after the termination of this Agreement, certain provisions will continue to remain in effect, including all sections encompassed within this Agreement..
You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account and password. It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to prevent unauthorized access to your computer systems.
If your profile is created by a family member or friend, you are accountable for the content posted by that individual. Pellipallaki.in is not obliged to verify the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by you.
